Hi. Window malfunctions are typically caused by a faulty window regulator or a broken motor, cable pulley, or window switch. Sometimes it can be a combination of those things. But try to reset the window switch first. Please refer to your repair manual when you attempt to do it. You may also watch videos online to help you properly reset your Ford’s window switch.
