Could be pick-up coil under distributor I think two screws hold it down try this maybe this is the problem

Hi, To fix code P0320, you'll need to replace the crankshaft and camshaft position sensors, (again), diagnose and repair any low battery voltage conditions, and check the crankshaft and camshaft position sensor wirings or broken, shorted, or corroded connectors.
We currently do not have in stock the camshaft position sensor compatible with the 2000 Dodge Durango SLT 8 Cyl 5.9L
We have the crankshaft position sensor available. But, there are fit notes to be considered as the engine VIN of the vehicle. Use the link below to check the options we have available. Thank you for reaching out. Have a good one.
